Look who I met on my morning walk

Someone I haven't seen in a while

this is

TATTIE

Isn't she sweet -
Almost like seeing 'Double',
but Tattie is smaller than me.

She's a whippet/bedlington cross

Tattie's mum gave us treats...

Look what a Gentleman I am
 waiting patiently...

"IT WAS LOVELY TO SEE YOU AGAIN TATTIE

HOPE WE MEET UP ON A WALK AGAIN SOON

♥William"

Meeting another friend

I had a lovely surprise yesterday.  Mum and Dad took me and my house guest Hamish off for a walk
and who did we meet but young Bexie.    One very happy little Border Terrier.....Bexie is always pleased to see me and I am always pleased to see her...

Hamish thought it was fun meeting a new friend too

and I am sure Bexie thought Hamish was hilarious...

Looking forward to meeting up with you
another day Bexie

Bexie, that is one smart collar you are wearing.

"Coincidentally Kath over at Hillside House has an article about a large dog too!.....do pop over to her blog and take a look see.   Kath also adds yummy recipes to some of her posts and is also an excellent quilter ta-boot!.....go on take a look round her blog."

Another friend

Let me introduce you to my friend Ed.....

he's a lurcher too and very like me, but has more white in his coat - we are always pleased to see each other

At the moment, where I  am still being restricted on my walks  ("thanks for that mum and dad!") Ed and I have to say hello at the end of our leads.  Ed is still young, and like me when I was younger, gets excited...so I have to tell him off sometimes...("it's training Ed")!

and after the initial excitement at seeing each other Ed decides to take a break....

It's really good meeting you Ed
and I hope we will get to
have a game on the beach
very soon

Friends!

On my morning walk today I met a new friend.... a Border Collie

who was very keen to play -

and proved to be very useful in bringing the ball back

we didn't find out my new friends name though, as the owner was miles off down the beach - perhaps we will find out another day....meanwhile, I will call this one NoName!

Then as luck would have it, we met George the King Charles Spaniel

George likes dad...

but George doesn't fetch the ball - his 'Party Piece' is to stand up on his back legs...

and then along came another friend, Bailey -

Mum has added a short video of me playing with my new friend NoName...

More Friends

Here's Bob and Daisy.......who I meet regularly on my walks.  They are usually running along with their owner as he takes them jogging.

Bob tries to avoid the paparazzi!

but if he thinks the camera has been put away
does like to say hello and have a stroke

and here is young Daisy, who is part saluki,

Time for a quick sniff....

and then they are gone for their run....

we'll see them again another day and perhaps get some more photos

(but don't tell Bob) !

This is my mate Canada

He is the first mate I made in Woolacombe when I was little.  Of course, he is a greyhound and I was only a little pup and running around with him I could never keep up.  As time went by and I got bigger and faster I could out run him.  Now though he is getting older and he has a poorly leg so he now can't keep up with me

.

He is a lovely chap though and we still meet up for morning walkies.

Oh...and as usual mum couldn't resist doing a sketch from one of the photographs

Friends

I think I should  introduce some of my best friends to you, which I will do over the course of time, but I'll start with this little chap -  Hamish (working Cocker Spaniel type)

This is when he first arrived at Lil's house and we met
(Lil is like an Auntie to me she's mum and dad's daughter)

and this is when he got a bit bigger
(note : he likes tables)!

and seats!

We look pretty ferocious

but really we are the best of pals

....."He's behind you".....

 Got him!

love William
