Mum says the Like button kept playing up. She tried resetting it, but within a day or so it wouldn't be working again, so decided to delete it altogether. Anyway, we love having your Comments, so please stop by and say hello 🐾

    1. When the weather warms up Molly, then the snakes are about, particularly in a sunny spot....so we try to avoid those areas.

  3. Glad to hear you stayed well away, they are not lurcher friendly :-( we always have snakes in our muck heap but thankfully they're mainly grass snakes!

    1. Glad you don't get the adders in the muck heap Muleteers. my mum likes to pick up grass snakes...she would certainly not go ANYWHERE near an adder though!

  4. They seem to hang out in the same brushy area. Do they tend to stay in the bushes or are they sometimes out in the open?

    1. They do stay in the bushy areas Sherry, but occasionally they have been spotted crossing a pathway. During the Summer on a sunny day mum and dad are particularly careful.

  5. Yikes! Be careful William! Those are scarey looking creatures. The Mum is so very glad we only have slithery but non-poisonous snakes over here in our yard.

    1. Luckily we don't get them in our garden, only grass snakes which are safe. I think my mum would freak out if they were right on our doorstep. lol
