New Forest foal

Oh, I have to share these two videos with you all.   You see, I have been away again, down to the New Forest for a couple of days...again.    I have to take the humans away sometimes for a break, it does them good.  Well, during my stay I got to have a little one to one chat time with a young foal.

Mum reckons you should leave them alone with their mothers (they get a bit protective apparently!)...
huh!!...so wrong...as you will see this little chap came up to Me first....AND his mummy took NO NOTICE at all....

Okay, so I was a little bit scared of this very confident chap, well he was bigger than me!  Wonder if he will remember me next time we visit?

  1. How lovely, what a sweet foal exploring new people and dogs!
Don't blame you for being a bit wary William.
If you meet him again he'll be much bigger next time, so you'll need to be even more wary :-)

    1. I know I was Very brave Cris. Yes, I was a bit freaked out by it, but honestly didn't believe it would actually walk over to talk to me. At least I had dad to help protect me, lol.

  6. Wow! That was SO adorable! And, William, you are almost as big as that foal! I'm sure the foal thought you could be a playmate! I am surprised how bold such a young foal was. And where was momma to make sure you weren't some wolf ready to snack on her baby?

    Best post ever! Loved it!

    1. Hey! glad you enjoyed this one. He was definitely a bold youngster, and his mum was about 6 feet away munching on grass not bothered about him at all.

Your Dad is sure smarts the way he handled that. He's a very good Pops. Exactly what Ma would have done. I thinks he'll remember you next time, they have very good memories ya know!
