When Lynn and Fred from California were here....

we showed them around our area.

I got mum and dad to drive round to Clovelly for a walk

Lynn enjoyed taking photos as much as mum did.

down we went - this was fun as I had never been to Clovelly before either

.....in the next photo can you see me down in the harbour?

We had such a good time, not only that day,
but also the other days Lynn and Fred were here.
I hope they come back again one day.

    1. They have kept it the same. Mum and dad were surprised though to find a Visitors Centre at the top where you park the car and have to pay to go down into the village!

    1. Yes, people live in all the houses there. The whole place is owned by one estate and all the properties are rented long term to people. Apparently there's a waiting list.

    1. Yes it would, hard work with the shopping though. We met a mother and her son bringing their shopping down and they use wooden sleds to drag it all down to their house.
